Keeping a person's attention is the key to the acquisition game so when the Wells Fargo Card team asked for a new strategy to increase engagement and ultimately drive more card applications, a test was just what to the doctor ordered! As a customer, we want a credit card that is the best fit for our life so the strategy was to test various rewards calculators that helped show the amount of rewards based on how you use the card.
